UI Design at Porch
At Porch, I’ve been wielding Figma to craft UIs for diverse users: consumers, CSRs, and B2B partners. These three projects highlight my range across one product ecosystem.
Consumer Funnel Re-design
Re-designed the Consumer Moving Funnel to streamline the customer journey with modern best practices. I cut unnecessary steps and modernized the interface for a clean, functional hand-off to engineers. What is shown here is a mobile prototype and files but this design was responsive and included all breakpoints up to large desktop screens.

CSR SMS Functionality Workflow
Integrated SMS into the CSR/Admin Dashboard, enhancing comms workflow for reps. I designed new components and styles that fit the existing UI while pushing it forward with seamless functionality.

MSP Dashboard Re-design
Redesigned the SPA dashboard for Managed Service Providers (B2B moving partners), boosting usability with SMS functionality and new features. This required a completely new component system with variables, typography and new color scheme to align to Porch standards. This was also built with Google Material standards and Apple Interface Guidelines in mind, to align further to best practices for all devices.

These projects at Porch show my range—from consumer-facing to internal tools and B2B solutions.
Honorable Mention:
IVR Orchestrator (RingCentral)
Complex IVR Management with New Audio Creation and Bulk Management.
A gem I’m still proud of: a full Sketch design system for a RingCentral telecom IVR admin SPA. I harmonized portal style with RingCentral's existing design system, blending dashboard UI with audio-editing tools and complex IVR management. The result was user-friendly despite the complexity the app provided to large enterprise customers and their admins.
