Animated LED Board Framer Component
The Animated/Interactive LED Board continues my focus on motion and interface detail in Framer, this time inspired by classic LED signage. It’s built to add a sense of play and texture to modern layouts while keeping everything clean and precise.
The LED Board is a customizable matrix display with adjustable rows, columns, colors, and animation patterns. It can show scrolling text, run lighting effects, or work as a simple animated accent in your design. Every control—like glow, speed, and brightness—can be adjusted directly in Framer.
Here are some of the customization options:
Custom Grid: Adjustable rows and columns (1–20 × 1–40) for flexible layouts
Dynamic Animations: Choose from patterns like Wave, Pulse, Twinkle, Waterfall, Knight Rider, or scrolling text
Scrolling Text Mode: Type a custom message that scrolls across the LED board, just like a classic marquee
Custom Appearance: Control LED color, glow color, brightness, spacing, and background
Style Options: Drop shadow, border radius, padding, and glow intensity controls
Responsive & Smooth: Built with React hooks and Framer Motion for silky transitions and real-time updates
Built with React and Framer Motion, the component runs smoothly even at larger grid sizes. It’s a small experiment in combining analog charm with digital precision, and an easy way to add a bit of life to any project.
